This small wine shop/restaurant serves contemporary food and is located in a large old house on Bolívar street. It has a few wooden tables, cement floors and an exposed aluminum kitchen that is connected to the main room. The place is run by Alejandro Digilio, a prestigious local chef who is a professor at the "Instituto Superior de Gastronomía" (Institute of Gastronomy). His aim was to create a different type of restaurant with new flavors and aromas in dishes and handmade pastries and breads. These wonderful dishes are accompanied by an exceptional selection of wines with flavors from new wineries, which are not yet generally known.
